I haven't posted in quite some time I see. I owe a Cali 70.3 and vacation update. Regardless, when I wasn't working out, here was how I spent yesterday in Tucson. Maybe I should have been kicking my feet up in the shade as I head into Ironman taper mode...but I didn't. I had a bellyflop contest with Brendan. Who won?
